Samsung has been an important part of the FPD International 2010 event where it displayed the next-gen Super AMOLED touchscreens and the most interesting display was the 7-inch Super AMOLED 1024 x 600 resolution for the Samsung Galaxy Tab.
The Korean company hasn’t confirmed whether the Samsung Galaxy Tab with 7-inch Super AMOLED screen will be mass produced, but we think some units will only be available for testing purposes.
The only thing that has been announced by Samsung is that this Super AMOLED screen will be available for sale sometime in 2011.
If you were wondering about other Samsung AMOLED touchscreen, then you should know that Samsung has also announced a new 4.5-inch AMOLED touchscreen with WSVGA resolution for smartphones.
Samsung is the leader in AMOLED touchscreen technology and I’m sure the company will grow even further thanks to these types of screens. I can’t wait to get my hands on a 4.5-inch AMOLED smartphone!
