I think this is the first BlackBerry smartphone introduced by RIM after the launch of the BlackBerry PlayBook tablet so here it comes folks: the BlackBerry Style 9670. This device is going to hit Sprint as of October 31st for only $99 if you agree to a new two-year contract.
The BlackBerry Style 9670 specs include a 624MHz processor, BlackBerry 6 OS, 5-megapixel camera with flash and video recording, microSD card slot of up to 32GB, WiFi 802.11b/g/n, GPS, full QWERTY keyboard, stereo Bluetooth, and lots of pre-installed apps like BlackBerry Messenger, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube among others.
So the BlackBerry Style 9670 release date is October 31st, while the BlackBerry Style 9670 price is $99. It seems like this device won’t support 4G connectivity, and you should know that this smartphone will become available in both Steel Grey and Royal Purple flavors, but the latter will be released sometime in November.
What do you think about BlackBerry smartphones? Do you like the BlackBerry Style 9670? Let me know if you’re going to get this device as soon as it’s released by Sprint in the comments section below!
