Acer has announced their latest Android smartphone, they have proclaimed the phone without offering anything in terms of accessibility. Useless to say, the gadjet is on the small size and it comes with some rather crucial specs so it’s probably not something that many are going to sit and wait for anyway.
That said, the Acer beTouch E140 gazes to be extra of a ‘buy when you see because it is not super pricey kind of handset.’ Anyway, in terms of the specs, lets kick things off with the display — 2.8 inch QVGA touchscreen display. And yes, while it is small, it seems that is what Acer was going for, even including the “small but complete” tagline. Not to mention, when a press release poses a question as (for lack of a better word) interesting as this, it is hard to pass up.
Features include a 600MHz processor, 3G+, HSDPA, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, microSD card slot, FM Radio with RDS, 3.2 megapixel camera and a 1300 mAh battery which according to the press release is pretty spectacular.
